This morning we woke up to 1-2 inches of snow.
Dan was able to head to work, and the buses were able to come and go without much trouble; however, just after everyone in our family was where they needed to be, it started falling at a steady rate. By noon we had 9 inches and the roads became a disaster taking people over an hour to get from St. George to our little valley 10 miles away.
As for me, I LOVED it and couldn't get enough of it.
My morning was spent by the windows just watching the beautiful show outside.
It was such a magical morning!
Shaun and Clel used our square shovels to clear the driveway. They will be sore tomorrow.
One of these days we will invest in a snow blower or at the very least a snow shovel :)
So grateful for their muscles and help!
I or my family wasn't on the road at this time, but a friend took this picture. As usual, the snow line hits right at the volcano coming up the hill. Looks pretty intense...glad I was sitting by my windows!
What a beautiful day!!!
